We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard products. Made-to-order or bespoke items are non-returnable.
If your item is damaged or incorrect:
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund. To help us process your return quickly, we’ll need a few clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.
- Made-to-order or bespoke items are non-returnable.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
